Summary

A compact townhouse garden in New Islington, Manchester City Centre, was transformed from a basic, underused space into a stylish, modern retreat. The old decking was removed and replaced with high-quality Millboard decking, while areas of turf were lifted and replaced with natural stone paving to create clean, functional zones.

Horizontal fencing panels were installed to provide enhanced privacy without compromising the open feel of the garden. Thoughtfully positioned small planters and a pergola add structure, greenery and a calming atmosphere, making the space more usable for relaxation, dining and entertaining.
